Return Policy

We offer 14 days' right of return (right of withdrawal). This means you have 14 days from the day you receive the item to notify us that you want to return it.

For a return to be approved, the following applies:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
• You need to have the receipt or order confirmation.

How to make a return: Contact us first via chat or email before sending the item back. We will then send you return instructions and an address.

Important: As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost if you change your mind about the purchase. Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted.

Defective or incorrect items
Always check your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, contact us immediately. If the fault is on our end, we cover the return shipping and will either send a new item or give you a full refund.

Refunds
Once a return is approved, we will refund you within 10 business days to the same payment method you used. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
